Product details

This series of coarse powder mills is widely used in industries such as metallurgy, mining, chemical engineering, cement, construction, sand making, refractory materials, and ceramics, mainly engaged in fine crushing and coarse grinding of materials.
Suitable materials for coarse powder mill:
The series of coarse grinding materials that can be crushed include various ores with compressive strength not exceeding 320MPa (megapascals) such as limestone, calcite, dolomite, barite, talc, calcium carbonate, gypsum, bentonite, glass, quartz, etc.
Performance characteristics of coarse powder mill:
① High production capacity and large crushing ratio;
② Uniform particle size of the product;
③ Simple mechanical structure, compact and lightweight;
④ Low investment costs and convenient management;
⑤ Reasonable structural design and easy replacement of vulnerable parts;
Structure of coarse grinding powder:
Coarse grinding is mainly composed of components such as the casing, rotor, striking iron, and grate. The casing is divided into upper and lower parts, which are cut from steel plates and welded together. The remaining parts are connected together with bolts. The interior of the casing is lined with high manganese steel plates, which are easy to replace after wear and tear; An array of hammers with regular distribution are installed on its main shaft, forming a rotor with a turntable and a hammer shaft.
The working principle of coarse grinding powder:
The host drives the spindle through a motor and a V-belt, causing the rotor to rotate. The hammer head is stretched outwards by the centrifugal force generated during rotation, and large pieces of material enter the crushing chamber from the feeding port and are crushed by the high-speed moving hammer. The qualified crushed materials are discharged through the slotted grate at the bottom, while the unqualified ones are left in the crushing chamber and repeatedly acted upon by hammers and striking iron blocks until they can be discharged as qualified. To avoid blockage, the moisture content of the crushed material generally does not exceed 20%.
